Cirrus has a 20+ year old consulting company that is looking for a Project Managersupporting thier client on site in San Francisco, CA.Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office Tue, Wed, Thu.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate technology and operations projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Provide project management support to plan, track, and report project status to various key stakeholders
  • Work with project participants to develop and maintain project schedule, identify and track milestones
  • Identify and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the project work streams
  • Update Project tracking systems with resources, milestones, etc.
  • Aggregate work stream status information into project level reporting for project leadership, committees and work streams
  • Ensure project reporting and presentation deliverables meet required quality standards
  • Coordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes, action items etc.
  • Create and deliver presentations on the project as required
  • Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep key stakeholders appraised of project plans and related implications
  • Manage the project change control process


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the investment/asset management vertical
  • 5 years of business requirements experience
  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing technical projects on relevant investment application platforms highly preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Agile & Scrum project management methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key decision makers and senior management across the organization
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects, timelines, risks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, in an ever-changing business climate
  • Highly detailed, structured and organized
