  • Purposeful Work- This is not a direct sales position nor a call center. You’re a case manager to make sure your clients Health Insurance needs are taken care of.
  • Remote Work from Home Position- the ideal candidate is located within 50 miles of Orlando, FL so that travel to our quarterly meetings are not a problem.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We’re looking for a talented Health Insurance Advisor to help our clients learn about and enroll in Health Insurance, specifically Medicare. Become a subject matter expert in Medicare plan benefits and guide beneficiaries through the enrollment process. This role requires someone who loves talking to and helping people, has a passion to improve healthcare, and thrives on solving complex situations from start to finish.

DAILY EXECUTION EXCELLENCE:

You’ll be…

  • Continuously learning about the complex topic of Medicare Health Insurance in order to become a topic expert in how Medicare insurance plans work.
  • Conducting phone and Zoom consultations to help individuals who are planning for Medicare decide on the right course of action given their current situation.
  • Helping individuals through a myriad of customer service and paperwork (via PandaDoc) so that they can get access to the Health Insurance they need.
  • Constantly engaged with your clients via phone and e-mail to make sure they’re meeting deadlines and doing the right things to avoid penalties and ensure continuous coverage.
  • Managing internal project/cross-team collaboration for driving solutions to deliver to the client and serve as their advocate.
  • Attending virtual internal team meetings to assist the engineering and operations team and gain insight to effectively manage business.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
  • Anticipating client issues and responding proactively.
  • Using Salesforce and other software to document client interactions and progress towards enrollment in Health Insurance.
  • Conducting strategic meetings with the CEO quarterly.
  • Other office/sales tasks as needed.

THIS JOB IS FOR:

Someone who has…

  • Minimum 5-10 years Customer Service Experience is Preferred.
  • Health Insurance or relevant experience is Required.
  • Experience in modern cloud and mobile technology stacks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Presentation and Closing Skills
  • Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal Driven.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet your goals. (We meet quarterly in Orlando to make goals and review our progress towards existing goals, otherwise we are a 100% remote company).
