Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join Enroll365’s team as a Health Benefit Specialist. As a Health Benefit Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for employer groups, providing expert guidance on Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) plans, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. In addition to those obligations, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with employer groups, while effectively managing the enrollment process and providing ongoing support. With this position you have the ability to work a hybrid schedule with possibilities to work remote after a six-month time.

Responsibilities:

⁃ Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA.

⁃ Assist clients in understanding their Health Insurance needs and selecting appropriate coverage options.

⁃ Conduct detailed needs assessments to determine the most suitable ICHRA plans for clients.

⁃ Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.

⁃ Assist clients with enrollment processes, including completing applications, submitting required documentation, and resolving any issues or questions.

⁃ Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

⁃ Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the Health Insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations.

⁃ Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Requirements:

⁃ Preferred familiarity with various Health Insurance plans, including their coverage options, limitations, and pricing structures. (Not required)

⁃ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.

⁃ Strong negotiation abilities, with customer-centric approach & proven sales experience in the Health Insurance sector (Not required)

⁃ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
