Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Take the reins as the Head Personal Trainer, providing guidance and leadership to our team of certified Personal Trainers.
- Group Fitness Expertise: Bring your expertise in group fitness to create engaging and effective workout programs for our members.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth among our Personal Trainers, providing mentorship and support.
- Member Engagement: Interact with our members, understand their fitness goals, and ensure they receive personalized and top-notch training experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to create a seamless and integrated fitness experience for our members.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current Certified Personal Trainer (AAPTE, ACE, ACSM, ACTION, IFPA, ISSA, NASM, NCSF, NCCPT, NESTA, NETA, NSCA, or WITS-CPT. Others not accepted.)
- Preferred 1+ years in group fitness.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating innovative and effective group fitness programs.
- CPR/AED certified (preferred).

Adam selected the name ISI® Elite Training based on Proverbs 27:17: “Iron sharpens iron, as one man sharpens another.” He took this philosophy to his business and created an aligned community where like-minded people inspire, motivate and hold each other accountable to achieve their desired results.

Using the ISI® Elite Training model, we will create the most cohesive fitness community in the Charleston, SC area.
ISI® Elite Training sessions are led by energetic and certified coaches. Each workout takes members through a fast-paced Athletic Based Training (ABT) session, burning up to 1,000 calories in 50 minutes. Our training program builds self-confidence, increases muscular strength and endurance, burns fat, and improves flexibility for all fitness levels.
