Full Job Description
Job Summary and Employee Expectations:
A Wonderer Wellness Coach must be one to take high level attention to detail both during instruction as well as in the organizational and operational structure of the facility. This role requests coaching classes early in the morning (5-11am) Through the afternoon (4pm-7pm). Your expectations will be in the areas of enhancing club experience with a general focus of coaching Fitness and Wellness classes. Some key indicators of a mvp are people who value humility, are coachable, sociable, excited to work, and are eager to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
● Available to teach at least three classes per week and available midday for personal training. Must complete our in-house training/audition session. Consistently uphold all Wonderer department policies and procedures for participants and maintain employee expectations. Demonstrate commitment to excellence, service, and professional appearance standards. Attend all staff training, meetings, and classes as scheduled.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour- 80 per hour
