Crunch Fitness Personal Trainers…
- Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and skillset to plan attainable goals
- Design exercise programs using company systems and tools (TrueCoach)
- Lead and coach clients through planned exercise programs
- Educate clients on diet, nutrition, and proper/safe use of equipment
- Track clients’ progress and make adjustments as goals are reached
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients
- Maintain an accurate schedule within company system (DataTrak)
- Other duties as assigned

Here’s What You Need to Qualify…
- Personal training experience (1 year)
- Professional personal training certification (required) - NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
- CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work with clients who may need specialized attention
- Background check
