Personal Trainer

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, focusing on their individual fitness goals and needs.
- Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's abilities and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring proper form and technique during exercises.
- Track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs.
- Offer nutritional advice and educate clients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring the safety of clients.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in the field of fitness through professional development opportunities.

- Small Group Training opportunities available.

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, physiology, and nutrition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Prior experience in personal training is preferred but not required. We welcome trainers of all skill levels and experience.
- Must have the flexibility to manage and maintain your own schedule.
