Position Summary
As the Head of Sales at The Led City, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and
success of our innovative screen installations and advertising ventures. This leadership position
requires a dynamic individual with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional sales acumen, and a
proven track record in successfully navigating the intersection of Sales, marketing, and project
management.
Responsibilities:
Developing New Locations for Screen Installations:
• Collaboration with Virtual Assistants and Lead Generators: Collaborate with virtual assistants
and lead generators to identify potential locations for new screen installations.
• Communication and Networking: Utilize email and phone calls as primary tools for outreach and
effective communication.
• Closing Deals: Actively negotiate and finalize deals for new installation locations, ensuring
alignment with business goals.
Sales of Advertising:
• Direct Sales Efforts: Personally engage in selling advertising space, leveraging product
knowledge and honed sales skills.
• Collaboration with Sales Agencies: Work closely with external sales agencies to extend the reach
and enhance the effectiveness of advertising sales efforts.
Overseeing Deliveries and Installations:
• Coordination of Logistics: Efficiently manage the logistics of delivering and installing screens
at new locations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that installations meet stringent quality standards and are completed
within the designated timelines.
Job Qualifications
• Entrepreneurial, high-energy individual with strong general business acumen and broad knowledge
and experience with successful sales and marketing practices.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Previous experience with sales and advertising platforms/tools.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with excellent organizational and coaching abilities.
• Superb communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, drive conversations, and offer creative
solutions.
• Gifted at networking, establishing personal connections, and targeted lead prospecting.
• Experience in coordinating logistics, projects, installation, media and digital.
• Proven ability to actively negotiate and finalize deals reaching quota.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Proficiency in utilizing email and phone calls as primary
tools for outreach and effective communication.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and achieving business
goals.
• CRM experience.
Work requirements
• Manage accounts, teams and stakeholders.
• Traveling in a car.
• Frequently required to sit.
• Frequently use hands and fingers.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Required to stand and walk.
• Availability to work Flexible; approximately 8am-5pm, M-F, Weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel as required for overseeing deliveries, installations, and conducting site
assessments.

Salary and Benefits
• 50K$ Base Salary - With performance-based bonuses.
