Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our maintenance department and elevate it to professional service standards. The Head Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing all maintenance operations, collaborating with vendors, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to efficiently execute repair and maintenance tasks across our property portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance department.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a property management or similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Proficiency in identifying maintenance needs and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to property maintenance and safety.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
