Pay Range: $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Position is Remote except for training (will have to come to Wisconsin for training up 2 to 3 weeks for training possibly, depending on how long training will take. It could take all three weeks or less).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that global GI/PC (commercial leaders, marketing, global product development, and engineering) interactions with healthcare providers comply with GEHC policy and procedures.
- This includes local workshops, national workshops, education grants, simulated user testing (s), consulting agreements, medical advisory board meeting, etc.
- Organizing and ensuring that the GEHC support for educational activities are separated from sales/commercial activities.
- The HCP/GO interaction manager will be working very closely with legal. compliance and finance teams in addition to the sales, applications, segment leaders and downstream marketing teams.
- Actively work with HCP’s to collect documentation requirements to proceed with agreement/event approvals. Ensuring HCP’s are paid/reimbursed for services punctually
- Organizing and managing the requests from the field for the support of local & national customer workshops.
- Any request for any support for a local or national workshop will be going through the HCP/GO interaction manager to ensure adherence to GEHC policy and procedures.
- Comprehensive Project management skills and experiences
- High computer skills Excel, MS-Office,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and planning skills
- 5+ years’ experience working in projects in areas of operations. within complex organizations
