Overview:Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of the Compliance Testing program.
- Participate in the creation and administration of a periodic risk assessment associated with the Compliance Testing program.
- Perform testing to assess the design and effectiveness of processes and controls, and to evaluate compliance with Company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Ensure that the Compliance Testing program provides adequate coverage of the Company’s compliance with established requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement in the Company’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and assess any relevant operational risks.
- Provide compliance support for external and outsourced internal audits as
- Complete tracking logs, reports, and other documentation required under the Compliance Testing plan.
- Assist in periodic assessments of the Compliance Testing program to evaluate program effectiveness, determine testing emphasis, and identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in remediation activities and perform root cause analyses where appropriate.
- Engage in interdepartmental collaboration with other monitoring and testing functions at the Company to improve consistency of testing results and gain further insight into operational risks.

The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university; minimum 4 years of experience performing audit or testing activities.
- Familiarity with consumer lending regulations is preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
