Warm Springs Day Spa and Salon, is a modern, relaxing, Top 200 salons in the country. Our mission is creating an ultimate spa experience in a relaxing, Zen environment. Warm Springs Day is seeking a Guest Service Spa Managerto assist with customer service/scheduling /management of the front desk area. This customer faced team lead position is the first point of contact and direct support to our spa owners.

Responsibility:
- Oversees , Manages, and provides scheduling for the Guest Service Team
- Assist with Marketing/Events/Social Media
- Works along side the team for scheduling clients/ incoming/outgoing appointments
- Review Appointment Book
- Oversee Retail/Boutique/Sales/Inventory Control/Product Ordering
- Trouble Shoots Issues and Creates Solutions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
