We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will provide administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, organizing documents, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival
- Process orders and maintain inventory
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of order entry systems is a plus
