Hotel Guest Services Agent

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Ambridge Pennsylvania is seeking One Guest Services Agent with front desk experience, exceptional record of service, impeccable attendance record and an accommodating disposition to become a part of our exceptional award-winning team! This Guest Services Agent will be required, to work all three shifts and available to be on-call to fill in shifts when needed. The Guest Services Agent will be required to, but not limited to, perform the following:

Responsibilities:

· Greet and Register arriving guests

· Make & Confirm phone and online reservations

· Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints

· Collect payment from guests and make change

· Keep detail records of shift happenings.

· Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

· Wash, Dry, and Fold Linens.

· Fix maintenance issues that might arise.

· Serve and Tend Bar. Experience a plus.

· Cleaning all areas of the hotel including rooms.

· And handle whatever else that might arise.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in hotel customer service, front desk service Required.

· Ability to build rapport with guests

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to follow rules and procedures without supervision.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer Literate

· Able to stand and walk for eight hours or more

· Able to walk steps multiple times during shift

· Able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance

· Open availability (Can work any shift, any day, mostly afternoons and weekends, and available all Holidays)
