Julia Belle's is an independently owned, fast paced, counter service restaurant that has served the Florence, SC community for over 9 years.
We offer a competitive pay rate with opportunity for advancement for the right individual to manage daily restaurant duties including but not limited to; Guest Services and interaction, restaurant operations, training and basic administration duties.
Must be mature, dependable and responsible. Preferred applicants should have 2 or more years of key hourly restaurant experience and open availability. No Sundays required.
This position requires a friendly, customer service oriented individual join our team as a FOH associate. As a FOH teammate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest requests and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
