The Guest Relation Assistant Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts leads and directs the Guest Relations Department to benefit the entire operation They work directly with the Resident Manager in managing third-party vendors on the property Responsible for directing and administering the phone operations in the hotel, the Guest Relations Assistant Manager communicates guest issues to other departments and handles all employee relations, including hiring and disciplining associates according to Company Standards
- Lead and direct the Guest Relations Department, ensuring efficient and superior service to guests based on Company Standards
- Direct and administer phone operations, ensuring seamless communication with guests
- Communicate guest issues to other departments, facilitating timely resolution and guest satisfaction
- Handle all employee relations, including hiring and disciplining associates, based on Company Standards
- Talk, hear, and sit for extended periods while managing PBX operations
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the Guest Relations Department
