QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Highly motivated individual who demonstrates organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills. Initiative and the ability to follow through are essential.
- Possess excellent communication skills (English, oral and written) with poise and confidence in personal contact with resort guests and fellow associates.
- Understanding of genuine hospitality; we are here to create a most memorable experience for each guests.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Resort Signature Guest Experiences. Signature Guest Experiences include structured individual and group activities such as Beehive Tour, Charcuterie Making Class, Wine Blending Class, Garden and Chicken Coop Tour etc.
- Collaborate with Hotel Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales in the planning, implementation and facilitation of Signature Guest Experiences.
- Support and assist in the marketing of Signature Guest Experiences to the community, resort guests and staff as needed.
- Invite resort guests to participate in Signature Guest Experiences taking place during their stay. Complete reservations, post experience participation costs to guest room and send confirmation of participation when necessary through Alice messaging tool.
- Greet resort guests throughout the property, fostering a positive experience, tending to their needs as they arise.
- Promote onsite outlets to guests during their stay. Our onsite outlets include three restaurants, two swimming pools, pickleball and bocce courts, croquette lawn, Coop (a boutique retail store) and a Market.
- Secure onsite, and at times offsite, dining reservations for resort guests during their stay.
- Periodically, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing larger-scale events in collaboration with the Banquet’s Department.
- Stay current with trends in the field of recreational programming that foster a luxury, sustainable, relevant experience for our guest profile.
