We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep, who has at least 1 year of Hotel or Motel experience.
The Agent will perform balance due reports, start and stop of shift reports, CLC check in and Check outs, handle customers at check in and check out with a professional appearance and attitude.
The Agent will handle any complaints and forward it to Management as needed and be able to make professional decisions without supervision, hand out Guests linens, perform some Laundry tasks during their shift and be reliable, and willing to help when needed.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL IN THE HOTEL OR MOTEL INDUSTRY.

Pay: $17.75 - $18.50 per hour
