Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive mobile app and e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online usage of Fit:match tools and increase shopper acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Spearhead the formation of the Fit:match Shopper Community' by cultivating an engaged cohort of loyal fans that not only believe in our mission but become consistent users of our technology
  • Build an end-to-end customer funnel and measure KPIs at each phase of the funnel (sign-ups/downloads, utilization, retention, growth, etc.)
  • Conduct market research with different shopper personas to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Facilitate all shopper outreach to gather feedback, testimonials, and survey data so we can continuously improve our products and user experience
  • Work closely with Product/UX to determine the best-possible experience for our users
  • Manage our B2C Social Presence through ideating, developing, and publishing content on social platforms like TikTok & Instagram on a weekly basis that drive app user growth
  • Form partnerships with other brands and businesses to acquire Fit:match app users and nurture our shopper community
  • Analyze and report on app usage performance to measure KPIs

Qualities You Possess:

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience at at a D2C app or B2B2C startup company
  • Proven experience growing mobile app usage (i.e. downloads, utilization, and retention) with small scale budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing app launches, new app features to engaged communities
  • Proven experience managing B2C social campaigns that have generated significant user engagement and virality on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Passion for storytelling and copywriting
  • Bold, yet polished personality that's excited to be on camera
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Google Slides & Figma
  • Established competence in video editing with iMovie or similar software
  • Deep understanding of the global apparel landscape and viral social trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Embodiment of the Fit:match people characteristics (Low Ego, Collaboration, Dependability, and Proven Domain Expertise)

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in mobile app marketing with a successful track record
  • An understanding of KPIs needed for app user engagement and growth
  • A scrappy startup mentality with a low ego
  • The ability to work over the weekends and outside of the normal business hours, when necessary
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency using analytics tools
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • A roll-up-your sleeves team player attitude
  • A detail-oriented & diligent work ethic
  • The ability to learn, implement, and pivot fast, while remaining calm under pressure
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and are comfortable adapting to shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing
  • Passionate about the company's mission and innovating ground breaking technology

*This is a remote role, with a strong preference for Los Angeles-based candidates due to proximity to our marketing team and Fit:match studio that are local to LA.
