The Job
The Senior Manager, Platform Strategy & Growth will play a critical role in the success of Jubilee Media’s content across multiple platforms, leveraging data to make strategic distribution and creative decisions.
This role is strategic, operational and creative in nature; the Senior Manager, Platform Strategy & Growth will oversee the strategy and execution of Jubilee Media’s O&O channels on facebook, snapchat, and TikTok, as well as share insights across the organization to improve our YouTube strategy. This role will report directly to Jubilee’s Head of Operations and will get first-hand experience in a career trajectory that touches the intersection of all things media, growth and the ever-changing creator economy!
What You’ll Do
- Own channel growth on Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok:
- Leverage data to make strategic programming decisions
- Oversee creative execution of data supported insights
- Manage the Channel Management teams for Facebook (3rd party), Snapchat & TikTok
- Work directly with our data tools to develop meaningful insights
- Work cross functionally with Jubilee’s Creative teams to share content insights in support of programming and format strategy
- Interface with Account Managers at each platform to ensure Jubilee Media is optimally positioned to changing policies and programs
- Oversee Content ID Management across all Social Media platforms
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for incremental revenue on all existing platforms
- Content metadata architecture
- Language Translation
- Identify and evaluate revenue opportunities on new platforms, including FAST, live streaming platforms, etc.
- Liaise with our data & engineering teams to develop new insights dashboards and ensure data quality
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in digital media, growth, or data analytics
- You have an analytical and growth focused mindset
- You are obsessed with the digital media landscape and spend your free time digging into the latest trends and newest platforms
- A data nerd who can translate numbers into insights and tell a story. Experience with platform data tools is required. Experience building in Tableau is a plus
- You have experience successfully managing internal teams and external parties to drive results
- You’re able to teach teams how to execute a new creative strategy to test & optimize

**PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
