About the Job
Haystack News is looking for a Growth Marketer to assist our fast-growing team!
You will help us scale up and optimize user acquisition efforts. This will be an excellent opportunity to work at a fast-growing technology media startup that is reinventing the way consumers watch television news.
Responsibilities
Strategize, execute, monitor and manage app install campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search, affiliate networks, etc.
Develop new ad and message concepts to test and learn.
Work closely with marketing and product teams
Manage optimization using data to achieve goals
Manage asset proofing, testing, trafficking and scheduling to ensure accuracy, quality and on-time delivery
Maintain documentation, A/B test results, reporting
Flex both your creative capability and analytical skills in a test-and-learn environment
Requirements
Capable of executing a campaign from soup to nuts. You can create an ad concept, work with a designer and/or automated AI tools to generate creative assets, manage campaigns set up across various ad platforms, evaluate performance leveraging data and analytics and suggest optimizations.
Must have at least 3 years of app related experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads and other performance marketing ad networks (AppLovin, Moloco) with a proven track record of driving installs at scale while meeting CAC targets
Familiar with app marketing tech including MMPs, SKAdNetwork campaigns, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong executor with a track record of driving results with finite resources while maintaining quality and managing detail
Comfortable in a fast growth environment and willing to proactively voice ideas and take on new responsibilities as we grow
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent area of study and 3+ years of experience.
Ability to work efficiently, with minimal direction, and meet deadlines
