Growth Marketing Intern

GROWTH MARKETING INTERN (US Citizens and US Residents Only)

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will be part of the Iron Horse (IH) Digital Marketing team responsible for working on awesome integrated marketing projects for Enterprise and Emerging Growth customers. This will include supporting and implementing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns – that incorporate programmatic, SEM, social, content syndication, publisher, and nurture programs. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern with a passion for new MarTech technologies and an eagerness to do what it takes to get things done. The Growth Marketing Intern role is a paid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with enterprise and emerging growth customers to deliver integrated marketing programs.
• Collaborate with the IH internal and customer teams to build a go-to-market strategy, perform competitive analysis, and execute digital programs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and be responsible for deadlines and deliverables. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Track campaign performance and develop weekly, and monthly reports analyzing digital performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous internship experience with a B2B SaaS startup, management consulting firm, or digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation, presentation, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to customize presentations to a given target audience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and/or Salesforce.com a plus
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday, etc.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc. a plus
• Bachelor's Degree candidate (Juniors and Seniors only) in business, economics, math, statistics, or liberal arts
