Gaer Growth Studio, a dynamic creative agency, seeks a driven individual ready to fuel client success and unlock their own potential. This is a unique opportunity designed for growth-minded recent high school grads, current college students, or recent college grads.

We’re looking for passionate problem solvers with a knack for storytelling and organization. Your level of experience will shape whether you start as a paid intern with mentorship or take on a more collaborative partner role as a Creative Operations Intern/Partner (intern or partner depending on your experience! *wink)

What You'll Do (Tailored to Your Experience):

• Collaborate & Execute: Work directly with our founder on brainstorming, project management, and client communication.
• Power Growth Strategies: Contribute to creative campaigns, track metrics, and offer optimization ideas.
• Shape Client Success: Deliver top-notch work, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Streamline & Refine: Identify ways to improve workflows and implement efficient systems.
• Grow with Gaer: Expand your skillset through mentorship, learn the ins and outs of a creative agency, with the potential to advance into a full-fledged partner role.
