Growth Marketing Intern (Remote)

GROWTH MARKETING INTERN (US Citizens and US Residents Only)

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will be part of the Iron Horse (IH) Marketing team responsible for working on the growth strategy for the company. This will include supporting and implementing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns that incorporate programmatic, SEM, social, content syndication, publisher, and nurture programs. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Intern with a passion for new MarTech technologies and an eagerness to do what it takes to get things done. The Growth Marketing Intern role is a paid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to our Head of Marketing, work on tasks that execute IH integrated marketing programs.
• Collaborate with the IH internal and partner teams to build a go-to-market strategy, perform competitive analysis, and execute digital programs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and be responsible for deadlines and deliverables. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Track campaign performance and develop weekly, and monthly reports analyzing digital performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous internship experience with a B2B SaaS startup, or digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation, presentation, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to customize presentations to a given target audience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using Hubspot and Demandbase or 6Sense ABM platforms a plus
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday, etc.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 a plus
• Bachelor's Degree candidate (Juniors and Seniors only) in business, economics, math, statistics, or liberal arts
