THE OPPORTUNITY:

This role will support the development and execution of MHN’s strategic planning process and contribute to complex, high-value strategic initiatives spanning all functions of the organization. Reporting to the Associate Director of Strategy & Implementation, this role provides visibility across the organization, both vertically and horizontally, and will expose the student to many aspects of growth strategy.

This role is embedded in the Strategy, Growth, and Implementation department at Medical Home Network (MHN), and the student may be asked to support a wide range project advancing the department’s 3 primary objectives:

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of market trends, health care policies and programs, public datasets, competitive environment, and new opportunities
• Synthesize analyses and summarize key findings in a deliverable format (e.g., memos, presentations, briefings, etc.) that can be used in executive teams, Board of Director/Manager meetings, and with external audiences
• Contribute to the organization’s strategic planning process, including research and discussion materials, to shepherd department leaders through the process
• Monitor the execution of the strategic initiatives against the annual plan
• Assist with executive-level workshops and planning sessions for MHN and/or MHN ACO leadership
• Support project management activities for new market implementation (project plan, meeting materials, tracking of risks and issues) and/or MHN ACO committees
• Collaborate widely with all business functions (clinical, technology, operations and finance, compliance)
• Work on other duties and participate in special projects as assigned
