The Growth Team is Nuna's cross-functional business development and strategy team. Growth pursues and wins business opportunities, working directly with C-suite and executive level prospective clients. Growth has industry-leading Value-Based Care expertise, and works across all teams in Nuna's organization.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIESOn Nuna's Growth Team, you will:
- Partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team to advance business development opportunities and key strategic decisions
- Synthesize strategic sales call content to drive tactical thinking to win new business
- Provide strategic input to product and engineering teams to guide development
- Convene cross-functionally across product, design, expert, and engineering teams to ensure the best positioning for high-priority market and business development efforts
- Have a tangible impact of the overall strategic direction and success of Nuna
- Deepen your expertise in value-based healthcare, digital health, strategy, sales, and software development.
- Synthesize strategic sales call content to drive tactical thinking to win new business
- Academic and professional background in Healthcare domain paired with solid research, writing, and data analysis skills
- Exposure to Value Based Healthcare
- Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate - able to come into the office as needed
- Ability to query, transform and analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail - able to distill and communicate and present critical and actionable information
- Energized by work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Curious by nature, and fast learning - adapts easily to changes
- Get-it-done confidence to drive efforts forward
- Some travel required
- Healthcare consulting background
- BA/BS required, MBA and/or MPH preferred
- Preference for experience with both Payers and Providers and with a Go-To-Market or Sales team
We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
