Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of commercial experience at executive levels in a global organization.
  • 10 years of experience in planning or business development positions.
  • 5 years of experience leading organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership roles in both sales or business development functions.
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem solving, with the ability to define and build complex functions to accelerate business growth and drive operational improvement.

The Customer Growth Engine serves the sales teams in all industries across all segments and stages to help them achieve business generation and bookings pipeline coverage, reach greater levels of productivity by eliminating shadow activities and improve customer engagement to accelerate time to business generation. In this role, you will lead the Customer Growth demand generation strategy and execution for the region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define strategic priorities, long-term outlook, scope, resourcing, direction, and outcomes for the Customer Growth Engine.
  • Oversee actionable cohesive Customer Growth plan for region.
  • Contribute to Google Cloud through pipeline generation, progression, and overall management with shared accountability for achieving our goals.
  • Own scalable demand generation business plays that will contribute to long-term pipeline and business growth generation.
  • Establish regional demand generation strategic planning processes, with a robust interlock with the global functions.
