Your day to day is...
- Refining and communicating a vision for how Zocdoc's booking and appointment management solutions work seamlessly together
- Creating deep empathy and understanding of provider needs, pain points, and goals through research and collaboration with sales and PMM teams
- Building long term vision and roadmap in alignment with company and stakeholder priorities
- Building relationships with our sales and operations teams to support complex operational processes and tools that improve them.
- Rolling up your sleeves and get work done, with deep complexity, and at scale.
- Acting as a player-coach rolling up your sleeves and get work done while coaching a group of 2 - 4 ICs to the next level of their careers
You'll be successful in this role if you have...
- 10+ years of work experience in relevant roles, ideal SAAS and SMB experience for early stage product development
- Passion for managing and coaching talent
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Action-oriented attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Extensive experience with and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving, with strong attention to detail
- Passion for telling a story with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, and Salesforce a plus
