Job Responsibilities:
Training Supervisor will take over temporary supervision of staff in the programs when their supervisor is absent for whatever reason (on leave, vacation, resignation). In the first 12 months in this position, the Training Supervisor will receive training on supervision.
*The Training Supervisor will "fill in" for the Residential Supervisors when they are absent from the workplace.
*Respond to VA reports/incidents, medication errors, incident reporting, emergency reporting, accident incidents, staff injuries as required by RSLS policies and procedures, DHS requirements, and all other regulations.
*Identify and participate in a minimum of six opportunities to seek professional development.
*Participate in activities of quality assurance for rule compliances as identified by Staffing Coordinator.
*Participate in on-call supervisor rotation and coverage of direct care as identified by Staffing Coordinator.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Job-Related Experience: Two (2) years working in a group residential setting preferred. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Valid driver's license required. Ability to successfully pass a Catholic Charities driver's check:
