· Regularly work Direct Care and Non-Direct Care 30-40 hours a week
· Managing team schedules and approving timesheets for employees
· Training new employees and communicate job expectations
· Help resolve employee complaints and disputes
· Report to senior management
· Oversee daily charting, cares and support planning for individuals we support
· Maintain individuals’ confidentiality and records in compliance with HIPPA standards
· Advocate with the people we support in variety of situations and help them identify their personal goals
· Write, implement, and train staff on support plans such as Individual Abuse Plans, Service Plan Addendums and Self Management Assessments
· Assist the people we support to overcome barriers and challenges to establishing and maintaining a network of relationships and valued social roles
· Maintaining a therapeutic, safe, and clean environment for residents and staff, including housekeeping, preparing and serving meals, motivating and engaging clients in completing daily routines and chores
· Complete training on physical therapeutic intervention and implement crisis intervention strategies including emergency use of manual restraint as necessary to intervene with physically aggressive or self injurious individuals we support
· Works direct care with clients with developmental disabilities who have behavioral support needs and/or may need assistance with personal cares

Qualification requirements
· Minimum 2 years experience in mental healthcare field and direct work with individuals with developmental disability
· Minimum 6 months management experience
o Managing a roster of 10 or more employees, making schedules, approving timesheets
o Training and managing staff, listening to employee concerns and addressing appropriately, problem solving skills
· Experienced and Competent in using Microsoft office including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel and outlook
· Familiar and comfortable with Mac/Apple Operating Systems
· Present Professionally in appearance, speech and writing
· Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
