The Greenlake Cloud PlatformSubscription Pricing Services SME develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to gather requirements, define and recommend enhancements or new capabilities, and drive enablement on the GLCP platform ecosystem, supporting the sales life-cycle, including quoting, configuration, pricing, order management, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, customer entitlements, etc. Reports and analyzes user stories and acceptance criteria, set up requirements, execution progress, and key outcome attainment. Drives rapid identification, action response, and closure of any blockers.
Responsibilities:

  • Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide commerce pricing capabilities across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Units.
  • Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards and metrics for the assigned areas
  • Develops overall test operations framework, including use cases, to meet resource and business client needs
  • Identifies and evaluates new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy and business value
  • Creates plans for integration and update into the GLCP Platform ecosystem architecture.
  • Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners and customers.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience working with transaction processing systems focused on Pricing Services leveraged in the quoting and order processing steps. Includes get price logic for flat rate subscription and variable consumption based models, as well as BRIM Rate Card implementations to facilitate consumption invoicing.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with Excel, Visio, SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation, Charging, & Invoicing capabilities, Rate Card implementation and maintenance, pricing methodology and logic employed during the quoting cycle, as well as applications in the order and invoice valuation processes.
  • Previous program management experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for quality systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.

Annual Salary: $73,400.00 - $168,900.00
