About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer who specializes in creating advertising collateral. As an Advertising Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop visually compelling advertising collateral, including but not limited to print ads, digital banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring that design solutions align with marketing strategies.
• Create original, eye-catching designs that effectively convey brand identity, product features, and value propositions, while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired visual impact, usability, and effectiveness in achieving marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising design, and apply them creatively to enhance the visual appeal and impact of advertising materials.
• Ensure all designs are properly prepared and optimized for various channels and formats, including print, web, and mobile devices, while maintaining high-quality standards and file organization.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of advertising materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and conceptual design skills, including print and digital advertising collateral.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools and technologies.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and file management skills to maintain an organized and accessible design repository.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
