Position Title: Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating print materials, logo designs, typesetting, signage, and marketing collateral for our clients. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite for design is essential, and experience with Rasterlink and CommandWorkstation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design print materials, signage, and marketing collateral based on client requirements and provided concepts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, communicating effectively throughout the design process.
• Create proofs and revisions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and guiding clients through the design approval process.
• Collaborate with the sales department and other team members to gather project requirements and finalize designs for clients.
• Provide expertise on printing and finishing processes, advising clients on the best solutions for their projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required.
• Experience with Rasterlink and CommandWorkstation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and team members.
• Experience in the print industry is preferred.
• Additional skills in website design, social media design, and sign design are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
