Gravure Ink is hiring an energetic Graphic Designer to join their team! Graphic Designers at Gravure Ink work closely with Customers, the Sales Team and other Designers to develop new prints, layouts and product designs and modify existing ones to meet Customer specifications. In this exciting position, you will work for a growing company to provide design work and will be an essential link between Customers and the Sales Teams from start to finish!

Gravure Ink is a major manufacturer and supplier to the RV and Manufactured Housing markets of decorative and textured printed wall vinyls that are laminated to different products and serves businesses throughout the United States! Our printed vinyls and thermofoils include items like wall paper, cabinets, backsplashes and more!

Responsibilities will included, but not be limited to:

• Work closely with customers to create new, trending designs and modify existing prints based on direct Customer feedback
• Create 3D renderings to help show customers the vision and our products featured inside units
• Work with Customers, Sales and Manufacturing to communicate concerns and address any issues that may arise
• Develop, scan, and create layers using Adobe Creative Suite to create a wall covering pattern
• Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure designs meet specifications
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
• Use computer software to generate new images
• Support sales related projects and tasks from beginning to end and see that they get accomplished in a timely manner
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should have a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field but equivalent combination of experience will be considered
• Candidates must have experience using Sketchup
• 2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design
• Experience in interior design is preferred

• Experience using software to create 3D renderings is highly desired
• Candidates should have experience with the following applications/software:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• MAC and PC workstations
• Rip software for printing and profiling (i.e. Onyx) is highly desired
• AVA knowledge a plus

• Candidates must have the ability to build relationships with Customers and internal Teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with changing priorities
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with an affinity towards servicing customers and providing solutions
• Strong tact and diplomacy; ability to work effectively with staff on all levels
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities
• Self-motivated to work independently in a busy environment with changing priorities and the ability to adapt
• Solid project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
