Database Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our team. As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will work closely with our software development team to ensure efficient and effective data management.

Duties:
- Design and develop database solutions to support business needs
- Create and maintain database schemas, tables, and views
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement database solutions
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls
- Monitor database performance and make necessary optimizations
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Solid understanding of database design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
