Are you looking to use your creative talent at a company that makes a difference in people’s lives? LEARN Behavioral is looking for a Graphic Designer contractor to work 20-30 hours a week supporting our mission of helping children and students with special needs find success.
The ideal candidate should live and breathe design, typography, color theory, and composition and be comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Under the supervision of the Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing a wide variety of creative assets and marketing collateral (print, web, CRM, social, slide decks, etc.) to support external and internal business objectives.
Pay rate: $30/hr

- Meets with Creative Director to launch weekly assignments.
- Works closely with Creative Director to design layouts, images, and all print and digital assets.
- Presents deliverables to Creative Director for review, feedback, and/or approval.
- Iterates designs until approved by the Creative Director.
- Collaborates with various members of the marketing team including content, social, and multimedia.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge and application using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Designs within company brand guidelines and identify manual.
- Possesses strong understanding of multimedia design including web, email, and social media.
- Executes sharp designs with an eye for detail and execution.
- Identifies as a self-starter, open-minded, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
- Has the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
- Participates collaboratively with marketing team members with the ability to brainstorm, develop, and present new ideas.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Experience designing for digital and print, preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint, a plus.
- Experience using Monday.com, Asana, or alike, a plus.
- Designs animated content using After Effects, a plus.
