POSITION TITLE:
Graphic Designer
Pay Rate:
$47,300 - $63,000 (USCORE Pay Scale)
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 5 years’ professional experience as a Graphic Designer and illustrator required.
- Extensive knowledge of Macintosh computers and all major graphics applications, with proficiency in adobe illustrator and Photoshop and basic to intermediate skills in plotters, tools, materials and needed equipment.
- Must be able to conceptualize and perform at a rapid pace while client and potential customers are present.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking skills—must work well under pressure and be deadline driven.
- Strong oral, written and e-mail communication and listening skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-sufficient, results orientated, customer focused, innovative and persistent.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Customer Service Skills Required.
- Knowledge of the post-print box industry is a plus.
- Experience in ESKO Artwork Systems & CAD based programs are a plus.
