We are looking for aGraphic Designer to support our Digital Graphics team in Akron, Ohio.
The LSI Industries location in Akron, OH is the hub for Digital Solutions and Adapt Program Implementation businesses. These businesses provide turnkey product and service solutions to the Grocery, Quick Serve Restaurant, Retail Petroleum & Convenience Store and Pharmacy vertical markets.
SUMMARY:
Designs and executes artwork to illustrate concepts for client approval, construction scope development, and permitting to support Project Management of Field Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops, contributes to, and executes concepts (Brand Books) as directed.
- Organizes and maintains drawing libraries.
- Maintains sign and image specification details by Customer / Brand
- Assists in scope development for rebranding projects.
- Assists with creation of materials take-offs for rebranding projects.
- Maintain proficient skills in illustration and image editing software necessary to illustrate and produce client concepts.
- Handles all other duties, needs and requirements as may be necessary to ensure the success of Corporate projects.
- Performs in and creates an open, honest and truthful communication and business climate for the Company and the customer.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Very High Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
