SUMMARY: LogistiQ is a fast-growing conveyor equipment supplier located in Port Clinton, Ohio. We supply customers in retail, ecommerce & distribution. With deep roots in American ingenuity, LogistiQ has the experience of a 100-year-old company but operates much like a start-up with high energy and nimble speed.

We are seeking a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable speaking with vendors, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Microsoft Excel experience is a plus. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various design initiatives, administrative tasks, and maintaining consistent internal and external branding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned):

• Collaborate with the Associate Art Director and cross-functional teams to understand design requirements.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and external branding guidelines.
• Work on a variety of projects, from concept to completion, with a focus on attention to

detail.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for design-related collaborations.
• Aid in the coordination of corporate-branded apparel, ensuring alignment with brand

guidelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct Reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or related field.
1-3 Years Experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to log marketing requests, routine reports and correspondences. Strong copywrite skills, ability to develop compelling messages for digital & print advertising. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills are required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products and highly proficient in Adobe Suite Software.
Excellent typing skills are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit.
Employees spend some time on shop floor. Most of the time will be spent sitting in front of a computer and use of the phone.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Most of the time, the work environment is a pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in the office but does have occasional interaction with personnel on the shop floor. In plants, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed but does not require hearing protection in most areas.
