Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize and execute branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
- Drive the creation of innovative marketing campaigns grounded in robust data analysis, presenting comprehensive recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of branding initiatives and strategies across multiple brands.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud products to craft compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas and campaigns.
- Design and oversee the production of advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to devise creative solutions and translate them across various channels.
- Develop visually appealing elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to convey desired messages effectively.
- Design layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces, to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal.
- Incorporate feedback and recommendations from clients or the marketing team into final designs to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends, technology standards, social media advancements, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform design decisions effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Four-year degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer and marketing systems including Adobe Creative Suites, Word Press, Microsoft Office Suite, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio of design work, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
