Keller Williams Hollywood Hills is looking for aGraphic Designer to join our brokerage!
You will work closely with our real estate agents on marketing materials that range from social media templates to home flyers often requiring photo editing/retouching. The right candidate will be a problem-solver that can work well individually as well as on a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality marketing materials according to brand guidelines. Marketing materials include but are not limited to social media posts, home flyers and company presentations. Photo editing will also be required.
- Run office Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Implement and maintain a high standard of design, format and production.
Candidate Qualifications
- Position is entry level but previous experience in a graphic design role is required.
- Strong portfolio of professional work demonstrating precision to detail, excellent visual design fundamentals; composition, color theory, typography, and concept development.
- Excellent time management skills required for meeting deadlines while managing workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with persons on all levels, in person and while video conferencing.
- Self-motivated.
