Graphic Artist/Web Designer Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous portfolio of graphic work to be submitted upon request is REQUIRED
• Be able to prioritize what needs to be done and work autonomously
• Must have a strategic mindset for creative work that builds upon our brand
• Must have excellent project and time management skills
• Ability to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing
• Manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines
• Be skilled at computer graphic software with the ability to design and conceptualize new ideas
• Demonstrate experience creating and maintaining a company website that includes customer service support functions, e-commerce, animated video tutorials, and social media outlets
• Design promotional images and graphics for emails, websites, and print
• Design content for use on websites, social media, email, and other print and digital platforms
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to develop creative concepts and solutions that translate through a variety of channels
• Assist with in-house printing of various marketing materials and order of materials
• Ensure that brand and culture are always displayed and communicated in the proper ways
• Be able to communicate with a team
• Be flexible, innovative, and self-motivated. We are looking to hire someone that is innovative in nature, self-motivated, possesses a high degree of integrity, and is entrepreneurial in spirit. Must have at least 2-3 years of practical work experience and be able to pass a drug and background screening.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Communicate with other employees, on timing, and special needs for projects, the Production team on job input and output
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience in After Effects and Premier Pro is a bonus.
• Experience designing for the web including responsive design
• Experience implementing designs in Mailchimp, Shopify, and WordPress is a bonus
• Understanding of the basic design principles
• Willingness to take creative direction and partner with cross-functional teams
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple short and long-term projects requiring creativity and ingenuity
• Self-starter with the ability to produce draft concepts for review before final execution
• A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
• Desire to continually learn the latest technology tools and design innovations
• Experience in web design and website creation utilizing no-code builder plug-ins such as Elementor.
