Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital advertisements.
- Create designs for marketing materials, labels, and user interfaces that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Design engaging visual content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
Brand Identity:
- Ensure consistency and coherence in brand visuals across all touchpoints, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative assets and templates that reflect the brand's values and messaging, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across various marketing channels.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, product management teams and leadership too understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in graphic design, preferably in the agricultural or technology industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with product design processes, including concept ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Video capture and editing experience would be a major plus!
Note: There is potential for this opportunity to turn into full time role for someone with ALL of the above qualifications, including video content/editing
