Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Graphic Designer will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of mediums. The role of a Graphic Designer includes, but is not limited to, the process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics for several marketing templates as well as collateral pieces such as data sheets, case studies, corporate ID program, tradeshow banners and advertisements (print and digital).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Graphic design or fine art degree required. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years of experience required in a B2B environment
QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven graphic design experience
- A portfolio of B2B work
- Strong knowledge of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop in addition to PowerPoint, Work, etc.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Can work well with a team and independently
- Copywriting skills a plus but not required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: None
TRAVEL: None
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Must be able to operate computer.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position is mostly performed at a desk.
MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to think creatively and effectively convey a vision through graphic design.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a typical office setting. This position will require working outside of normal office hours on an as needed basis.
