This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of Bluberi’s marketing team as we are changing the game in how Bluberi is marketed and seen in the industry. As a Graphic Designer at Bluberi, you will be part of a fast pace growing creative marketing team that is elevating how Bluberi is represented in the slot gaming industry. The slot machine industry has been around for a long time, and while the games have become timeless, the marketing programs are stuck in time. Bluberi Gaming is seeking a highly creative and innovative design artist who can illustrate Bluberi’s brand and bring to life our company’s personality and showcase our products in a highly creative, with a “New School” approach. This new role will require excellent graphic design and motion animation skills to creatively reach our casino operators, players, and Bluberi employees that creates high energy, playful and positive engagement.

Under the leadership of Product Management and Marketing, the Graphic Design role will primarily be responsible for creating print, digital, social, campaign messaging, website graphics, advertising and branding for both internal and external communications. A key component to this position in helping Bluberi elevate its marketing, includes developing motion graphics and video that will be leveraged on the company website, social media, trade show and event marketing, as well as internal communication initiatives.

This role directly reports to the Marketing Director. We are seeking a graphic artist who is a master at taking a blank page or idea and bringing it creatively to life – both in print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and under the guidance of Marketing Director and Senior Director of Product and Marketing
• Ability to work as part of a marketing team that collaborates on creative initiatives
• Develop and execute design projects from start to finish – conceptual through production ready files
• Ensures the creative work is high-quality and aligns with the creative goals and vision of projects
• Comfortable presenting when required the rationale and support for design choices and approach
• Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback
• Demonstrates an excellent eye for detail, consistency and accuracy in work product
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep open lines of communication with the marketing team
• Stay current on creative, technology, industry trends and new media

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Multimedia Design or related field
• Gaming industry experience preferred, not required
• Minimum 5+ years in graphic and motion design in a corporate, agency environment, design studio or similar
• Strategic thinker with the ability to approach complex problems, execute creatively and effectively with solutions
• Experience conceptualizing, creating and animating motion graphics (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign After Effects (must have), Blender and Unity (a plus)
• Ability to perform under pressure, produce quality work and under short deadlines at times
• A passion for bringing communication impact through graphic design, motion graphics and video editing
• Portfolio with relevant examples of previous work with a strong sense of typography, layout, design, color theory, motion graphics and brand management
• Flexibility to work longer hours when deadlines are tight
