Job Description
- Performs healthcare form design and revision services from concept to design to print and document management.
- Acts as a customer interface for healthcare form and digital document design projects and services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Gather customer requirements for electronic document design and conversion projects.
- Provide alternative visual and composition ideas to customers to enhance document appearance and use.
- Create or modify digital documents using office, desktop publishing and form design software.
- Combine existing healthcare form elements with created form elements into new or modified form projects for higher efficiency and standardization.
- Record and track all healthcare form design and activities.
- Educate the customer on designing, preparing, and producing quality documents.
- Maintain computer workstations (software and hardware) and file management.
- Self-starter who can work with minimum guidance, adapt to constant changing environment at any time.
- Remain fluent in software applications and form trends.
Document design:
- The Client Account Associate provides customer consultation to optimize document design for quality and manufacturability. Account associates can provide healthcare form design services for document distribution and production. The Account Associate applies specialized form revision and creation knowledge to troubleshoot, and understand customer requirements.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat, InDesign, Electronic Form (EMR), PDF
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years; in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in document design, healthcare form conversion, printing capabilities and forms management.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with healthcare forms design, proof-reading and editing, with a high level of spelling, typing and grammar skills.
- Strong communication skills highly desirable.
Education:
- 2 4 year community college diploma or university degree in design/fine arts or printing technology; but demonstrated background acceptable.
