Arts Bonita is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (On-Site) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a passion for the arts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create visually compelling materials that promote our events, initiatives, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing printed materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event programs.
- Creating signage for exhibitions, performances, and other events.
- Developing graphics for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for various projects.
- Ensuring that all designs align with Arts Bonita's brand identity and messaging.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Experience designing for both print and digital mediums is preferred.
- Passion for the arts and a desire to contribute to the cultural enrichment of our community.
