Responsibilities
Creative Development and Production:
- Ideate and produce captivating videos that align with our digital marketing campaigns, bringing a unique creative flair to each project.
- Design visually appealing digital ads, social media assets, landing pages, and ebooks, ensuring each piece resonates with and captures the attention of our social media audience.
Platform-Specific Content Adaptation:
- Expertly resize and adapt content for a variety of digital platforms and advertising products, tailoring each piece to the specific medium and audience.
- Quickly and efficiently produce video content for rapid response moments, ensuring timely and relevant engagement on both organic social and paid digital platforms.
Collaborative Concept Development:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and creative team to brainstorm and develop strategic video concepts, tailored for diverse platforms.
- Actively participate in pre-production and production of video shoots nationwide, working in tandem with the Head of Production and Creative Director.
Content Management and Distribution:
- Efficiently manage, organize, tag, and distribute video deliverables, footage, project files, etc., ensuring seamless access and usage.
- Foster ongoing communication with clients to discuss creative processes, gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
Cutting-Edge Design and Editing:
- Stay at the forefront of design and editing trends, applying the latest tactics to ensure our content remains leading-edge and highly engaging.
- Demonstrate proficiency in swift, high-quality video editing, suitable for fast-paced event coverage and post-production content demands.
Brand and Client Research:
- Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and brands, enabling the creation of more targeted and effective designs.
Diverse Brand Style Adaptability:
- Showcase versatility in working with a wide range of brand styles across various platforms, adapting your design approach to suit different brand voices and objectives.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Graphic and Video design, showcasing a track record of successful projects and creative execution.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Filmmaking, or a related field is strongly preferred, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge in design principles and practices.
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrable experience in creating engaging motion graphics.
Design and Editing Expertise:
- Exceptional design sensibility with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Strong ability to expand a single design element, like a book cover, into a comprehensive campaign across multiple brands.
Time Management and Adaptability:
- Proven competence in managing tight deadlines and quick turnarounds without compromising on quality.
- Flexibility to adapt and reprioritize projects to meet changing deadlines and client needs.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Outstanding communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, ensuring clear and effective internal coordination and client interactions.
- A collaborative spirit, able to work harmoniously with other creative professionals to deliver exceptional final products.
