Federal Grants Management Specialist
Innovative Funding Partners, a thriving grants consulting firm with a nationwide client base in health, social services, education, technology and more seeks a detail-oriented federal Grants Management Specialist to assist clients in the following:
- Assisting client with approval/confirmation of Notice of Award
- Budget revisions
- Meeting with client to discuss progress on reaching benchmarks in work plan/ scope of work for grant-funded projects
- Writing and submitting grant progress reports (with input and data provided by client) to federal funding agencies
- Reviewing client-drafted financial reports to federal funding agencies.
- Reviewing client policies and procedures for adherence to grant requirements and regulations
- Assisting clients in registering with various federal portals as needed
- Providing ongoing technical support as needed
- Ongoing communication with federal program officer assigned to the grant on behalf of client
- Grant close-out
A strong working knowledge of the Uniform Guidance, federal rules and regulations related to grants, and federal portals such as SAM, Grants.gov, eRA Commons, ASAP, etc is required. Pre-award experience is also a plus.
2-3 years minimum of federal Grants Management experience is required. IFP works with a number of federal agencies, including but not limited to HRSA, SAMHSA, DOL, DOJ, Dept of Education, USDA, and NSF.
This is a remote, as needed position. While hours are flexible, some general availability during the standard work week is required.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
