Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) serves as a member of the Office of Grants Management (OGM) team within the Department of Cannabis Control's (Department) Operations Branch. The AGPA will perform ongoing activities on an annual, biannual, weekly, and daily basis in support of OGM's responsibilities and maintaining the integrity of grant funds. The OGM is responsible for oversight of analytical, forecasting, planning, and activities associated with grant funding. The OGM develops, recommends, and implements innovated approaches, strategies, and policies to manage and facilitate grant funds in a fair and ethical manner. The OGM is also responsible for the review, implementation, and coordination of all grant and contractual agreements entered on behalf of the Department.
This is a 12-month limited term position which may be extended to 24 months and/or become permanent.

Special Requirements Conflict of Interest (COI) - This position is subject to COI Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
